We are a small business and cannot accept returns. Majority of the products are made to order.

We are in Sweden and the shipping usually starts at a higher price due to the global situation. We make sure to ship everything insured and secured in bubble wrap or cardboard boxes, we recycle bubble wrap that comes in. We also send extra gifts for every order for the differences in shipping costs.
If you want a lower shipping cost then contact ut via messages, note we do note take responsibilities if the package is lost or destroyed when shipping without insurance.
